From Pipeliner to Coevera

In June 2026 Pipeliner CRM relaunched as Coevera. I facilitated the rebrand inside the application: new design variables and components, matched across the whole CRM.

The brief

A new name had to reach every screen of the application at once. On launch day, customers would open the CRM and expect it to be Coevera everywhere.

What I did

  1. Facilitated the rebrand from Pipeliner to Coevera in the application.

  2. Adjusted the whole web application to the new brand.

  3. Created the design variables for the new brand and matched them to the product.

  4. Matched the components throughout the whole CRM.

  5. Reviews and ideas. I reviewed screens against the new brand and proposed improvements along the way.

How it came together

Variables first, so a colour or a radius changes in one place. Components next, built only from those variables. Then every screen, checked against the new components rather than redrawn.

Components, matched

Every widget was rebuilt from the new variables, so it carries the brand without being redrawn screen by screen. The quote process widget is one of them.

The mobile app

The CRM mobile apps for iOS and Android, and their store listings, moved to the new brand as well.

The result

Coevera launched with the new brand on every screen of the CRM.

What it taught me

A rebrand is a design system project. When the variables are right, a new name reaches every screen at once.
